Can the fictitious entity known as "government" prove ownership (let alone its own existence)...?

From whom did the self-styled governments of the world purchase
planet earth...?

Why then do they think that we are obligated to pay them
to live here?

Obligations cannot be forced upon a free man unless he has
surrendered his status as a freeman to that of a dependent and
receives benefits whereby he accepts jurisdiction
of a master and incurs obligation.  To deceive someone into
receiving a benefit is fraud—and no action can arise out of fraud;
it can incur no penalties or obligations.
