—What is God Waiting On?

By on

Someone emailed and asked:

As I pray that repentance will be sent to Gods children so that He may heal our land  2 Chron. 7:14, I am wondering who the “my people” are?  Now I must tell you that I have been to a few of the Judeo-Christian churches and most of those people in there are Israelites.  They don’t know it.  They wouldn’t believe it and they don’t care and they have little understanding.  But they are Israelites by race.  Are these those who God is waiting for because if they are He will wait a long time.  Or is it the remnant?  People like me (I have repented) but who have not repented do not have the gift of the Holy Spirit; is that He is waiting for?  Make sense ?

My reply/comment:

Scripture says that God’s Spirit waited in the days of Noah as the ark was preparing.  Presumably, had others been ordained unto repentance they would have repented and boarded the ark with Noah, after having helped him and his sons to complete it and all that God commanded.  None other repented.  What then is God waiting on this time?  He is indeed giving the elect who have not yet repented, the time they need to repent (and Judgment is what will drive the hold outs of the elect to truly repent).  He is also waiting for the wicked to “fill up the measure of God’s Wrath”.  Of course, you and I think it is already quite full; but the father doing the spanking always believes a few more wacks are necessary than what the child being spanked may think.  It is His Drama.  Just like any move: The Deliverer could indeed come at any moment, not the last hair-standing, nail-biting moment.  It makes for a greater Drama—if you are not smack dab in the middle of it.  Regardless, He doeth all things after the Counsel of His Own Will for His Own Good Pleasure.  He will draw those final Days of Vengeance short, otherwise, no flesh of the elect would survive.  Those who survive go straight into the Millennial Kingdom here on earth; those who die will not be raised again until the end of the Millennial, along with all the elect back to Adam, for the Eternal Kingdom.

Those who speak the Full Counsel of the Word of God (as Scripture says of those who will live godly in this world in Christ Jesus) will suffer persecution.  As an old Polish proverb says, “Tell the truth and run!”  The majority of the masses of God’s people are both fickle and dense... and thus God refers to them as cattle and sheep... cattle are pretty dumb, sheep are skittish, both are easy to lead astray with food, both are easy to spook.  Both are selfish (their god is their belly) and they are stubborn like cats and whatever it is, “it has to be their idea”.  Only a small percentage have the integrity of heart and soundness of mind (gifts of the Holy Spirit) to not merely go with the flow or be caught up in the mob mentality, or passively accept and swallow everything that anyone might tell them that they are supposed to think and believe... thus, the masses will follow someone popularly as long as he does not step on their toes TOO much.  However, as in our day, when the people become more and more corrupt (not even realizing or caring) and embrace evil calling it “good”, of course a speaker will not be able to speak very much at all without attracting enemies or offending the flock which he fleeces; therefore, he must preach a “feel-good”, “halo-polishing”, “aura-fluffing” humanistic message with just enough “frosting” of Bible concepts to make the congregation think that they have just had spiritual angel’s food cake; that all is well; that God is happy with them just the way they are; and they straightaway (like the natural man beholding himself in the mirror) goes right back out to the old life like unritualistic Protestant-catholics who just went to a confessionless confession, thinking that they actually just worshipped God and that He actually accepted their worship; so their consciences were delusionally purged and their minds are deceptively put at ease, and they feel they have fulfilled their obligation and don’t have to think about God for the rest of the week.

When Christ preached, He spoke in parables because He spoke to a mixed multitude and the truth was only meant for His sheep.  However, even more today, the contrast is evident.  Thus, when one speaks to a barnyard and zoo in which there are very, very few sheep left, those who are not sheep will be disgruntled—and sadly, many of the “pig-headed” sheep will become your enemy becuase they think it is the right of the pigs to be be sheep too.  Sadly, the truth was not meant for them.  Chrsit said that His sheep know His Voice and follow [obey] Him and that the voice of a stranger they will not follow.  The majority of “Christians” follow (even dance to) the voice of a stranger; and they believe the very opposite of what Christ Himself said because God has sent them strong delusion to believe a lie.  All that we can hope and pray is that God turns them; because if they perpetually follow the voice of a stranger (a “humanistic” world-pleasing “christ”) then according to Christ’s own words, the clear inference is that they are not His sheep.  However, God said that He would sent out hunters—or more properly, TRACKERS—to seek out the sheep.  If the sheep refuse to come back into the fold (obedience to God, which is only truly possible by God’s Holy Spirit after regeneration), then they are not Christ’s flock.  It is the duty of obedient trackers to seem out the sheep (not the wild boar or coyotes).

Christ also said that every tree is known by its fruit (not merely its root).  The Holy Spirit has not regenerated all who claim to be “Christians”, because they were not called, and thus without the Holy Spirit’s interface, they cannot understand, much less accept the truth (neither of which is possible if they have not been raised to new life, and brought out of darkness into His Marvellous Light).

Proverbs tells us that when the righteous rule the people rejoice (since the godly rulers support godly prophets and priests), but when the wicked rule the people mourn (because the wicked rulers attack godly prophets and elevate godless prophets and godless priests).

Our nation has been flooded with aliens.  Many decades ago our presidents would call for a Day of Fasting, Prayer, and Repentance.  Now, that is impossible. Oh, they can “go through the motions of it”—but God will not hear.  What could a modern pseudo-Christian president say...?  “Everyone please pray to your god whoever that is...”  When society has been flooded and fragmented with aliens and alien gods, alien religions, alien temples, alien cultures, alien “morals”, alien ideas... (the Final Kingdom of this Age, Nebuchadnezzar’s Dream Image of the feet of iron mingled with clay—integration) God cannot honor the prayers of even His people, if they are holding hands with aliens from whom God commanded His people to be separate.  Those who rebel against such notions rebel against God because they do not even know Him.  They worship a false god; a humanistic god made in their own image—one who does the Limbo and plays Twister in order to please sinful man in modern society according to their concepts of “fairness” and ever-changing “morality”.  But the True God is Immutable.  He never changes.  Neither does Morality.  Neither do His Covenants and Promises.  John said, “He that saith, I know Him [God], and keepeth not His Commandments, is a liar, and the Truth is not in him” (I John 2:4).  Jesus said that He did not come to abolish the Law and that not the smallest letter nor smallest flourish of a pen stroke would pass from the Law or the Prophets.  Those who believe and live otherwise worship a false god and follow a false christ.

Modern false doctrine is polluted because of false theology, a false conception of God.  Modernists project humanism onto God, and imagine Him to be as sinful man is—ever changing (not for the better).  This is based on a false notion of “love”—based upon sinful man’s perverted notion of “love”.  Scripture clearly says and shows that love is not a gush feeling (though gushy feelings can accompany true love).  True love is obedience and self-sacrifice.  God doesn’t change.  His Standard of Morality does not change.  What He declared to be abominations and sin 4,000 years ago still are and always will be.  Those who think otherwise don’t understand the very concept of “morality” even as they don’t understand the very concepts of “Lord” or “God”.

Modernists don’t like what God commanded, and they love the world and themselves instead, and therefore, they are God’s enemies.  God will not compromise, and sinful man refuses to let go of the results of his sin (perverse family members, aliens, adulterers, etc.).  The majority will never repent because that would entail actually recognizing Christ and God as LORD and SUBMITTING to Him; which includes casting out of their lives everyone and everything that God forbade.  Sinful “Christians” will never do this (that is, they will never repent), and will die (as depicted in so many movies) clutching with the last ounce of strength onto that which they coveted.  How tragic.

“19I call Heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: 20That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey His Voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto Him: for He is thy Life, and the length of thy days.” (Deuteronomy 30)

“13Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep His Commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. 14For God shall bring every work into Judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.” (Ecclesiastes 12)

“This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh [everything that God forbade.” (Galatians 5:16)

“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” (Ephesians 2:10)

“He that saith he abideth in Him [Christ] ought himself also so to walk, even as He walked.” (I John 2:6)

“And being found in fashion as a man, He humbled Himself, and became obedient...” (Philippians 2:8)
