Partial or Full Term Politician Abortion on Demand

“40Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these My brethren, ye have done it unto Me.... 45Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to Me. (Matthew 25:45)

“Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no law making or legislation which would abrogate them.” (Miranda vs. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 p. 491)

“Where there is no authority for establishing a rule, there is no necessity of obeying it.” (Black’s Law Dictionary (1910) 2d. 1181; Davie’s Irish Reports K.B. 69)

“Congress may not, by any definition it may adopt, conclude the matter, since it cannot by legislation alter the Constitution.” (Eisner v. McComber, 252 U.S. 189 at 207)

Congress has no authority to "re-define" life or morality.

“It [The U.S. Constitution] must be interpreted in the light of Common Law, the principles and history of which were familiarly known to the framers of the Constitution.  The language of the Constitution could not be understood without reference to the Common Law.” (U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649, 18 S. Ct. 456.)

“The Constitution is to be construed with respect to the law existing at the time of its adoption and as securing to the individual citizen the rights inherited by him under English [Common] Law, and not with reference to new guarantees.” (Mattox vs. U.S. 237, 15 S. Ct. 337, 39 LED 409; see also Bouvier’s Law Dictionary (1839) p. 628)

“The U.S. adopted the Common Law of England.” (Taylor v. Port; State v. Simon)

“Law of the Land” means “The Common Law.” [ Taylor v. Porter, 4 Hill. 140, 146 (1843) - Justice Bronson; and State v. Simon, 2 Spears 761, 767 (1884) - Justice O’Neal.]

“The Christian Religion is part of the Common Law.” (Lofft’s English King’s Bench Reports, 327)

...don't like it...?  MOVE TO A NONCHRISTIAN NATION!

It’s not yet been proved that Politicians display intelligent life.  If separated from their reliance on a government paycheck, they would not survive in the outside world.  Politicians are servants of the body politic of the people and it is the people’s right to terminate the useless appendage.

Regardless of one's individual opinions about abortion, modern civilized society has always agreed that infanticide is unacceptable.

Yet even this once-widespread consensus is showing signs of fracture. In 2019, Virginia Governor Ralph Northam (D) failed to condemn infanticide in a radio interview. State legislatures like New York and Illinois are legalizing abortion up until the day of birth.

Pro-abortion activists want to talk about abortion in euphemisms and broad strokes, but the majority of the American people know what it truly is: a gruesome and barbaric form of killing children up until the point of birth, and possibly after.

Democrats have rushed to block legislation in the U.S. House and Senate that would require medical professionals to provide the same level of diligence and care to an infant who survives an abortion as they would to any other infant who is born alive.

That's why it's up to you and me to do everything we can to protect born-alive babies.

Shockingly, over 35 states fail to adequately protect babies born alive after an attempted abortion from being killed outside the womb.

A recent vote in the Senate, aimed at correcting this travesty, failed to gain enough votes to pass.

The Democrat-controlled House won't even consider a bill to protect these babies who survive abortion, and have blocked it from even being debated over 80 times!

The failure to protect these helpless infants is an outrage -- and a black mark on the soul of our nation.

We must stand against this injustice -- and we must hold the House accountable to allow debate on this bill. We can do this! If 218 members of the House sign what is known as a "discharge petition," the House has to consider this bill. Right now, 203 have signed. This means we only need 15 more members of Congress to sign.

Family Research Council (FRC) is a nonprofit research and educational organization dedicated to articulating and advancing a family-centered philosophy of public life. We seek to inform policymakers, the news media, the academic community, business leaders, and the general public about family issues that affect the nation. We do this from a biblical worldview.

Currently, we're focused on our national campaign to End Birth Day Abortion, and we are advocating for legislation at the state and federal levels that will protect and support the lives of the unborn and those born alive after a failed abortion.

Our goal is to gather the signatures of thousands of Americans in order to represent the thousands of innocent lives lost every year through abortion and infanticide.

Will you help by adding your name to this national petition today?

In the gruesome Kermit Gosnell case, newborn babies were killed even after they took their first breath. We must do everything in our power to keep this from ever happening again.

We at FRC will not rest until we protect every single innocent life.

I hope I can count on your help as we rally the pro-life leaders of our nation to boldly stand up for life and save born-alive babies.

Please sign the National Petition to Save Born-Alive Babies right away.

Thank you for your support, and God bless!

Standing (Eph. 6:13),
